Enjoy this beautiful designer apartment in the best location of Laureles. Just 2 blocks away from the second park of Laureles, be steps away from all of the coffee shops and restaurants Laureles has to offer. With over 138 square meters of space, this apartment offers modern + classic design, high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
The space
The apartment is on the fourth floor of an older building. The building has no elevator, but consider that an opportunity to get extra exercise in.
The apartment is a duplex. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher), a guest study space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room is equipped with a 24,000 BTU LG air conditioning unit and the master bedroom is equipped with a 18,000 BTU LG Air conditioning unit. The two guest bedrooms are equipped with a fan.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the two guest bedrooms have a full sized bed.
The second floor has another bedroom with a full sized bed with a Vari standing desk and a bathroom. This bedroom is equipped with a dedicated air conditioning unit.
We have 500mb download and 30mb upload internet for remote workers.
Guest access
I will meet you at the apartment at check in time to give you the front keys of the building. The apartment has smart locks installed so you'll be given a unique code to enter the apartment.
According to Colombian tax regulations, short-term accommodations are subject to 19% IVA for Colombian residents.
Airbnb does not automatically apply this tax, so IVA is collected separately when applicable. The IVA amount is payable via bank transfer through Bancolombia, prior to access to the apartment.
To issue the official electronic invoice (factura electrónica), we will request the guest’s email address and phone number, as required by DIAN.
Guests visiting Colombia as tourists are exempt from IVA.
Other things to note
For longer stays, please water the plants once a week. They get thirsty.
Turn the AC off when you're not home and when you check out.
And finally, this is a residential building, so respect the neighbors. No parties, drugs, and/or prostitutes.

An excellent location if you prefer a more peaceful neighborhood with endless dining options, all within a 5 minutes walk. I would definitely rebook on a subsequent visit. 10/10

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We had a small issue with the air conditioner, but Natalia responded very quickly and resolved the problem right away. Communication was great throughout our stay.<br/>We also loved the location, it’s very walkable and convenient, with plenty of things nearby. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.
